PomoSprint: study time and progress together

How does your study time relate to your exam results? Follow your Pomodoros, Marathons and mock exams, and keep going with friends.

Focus

Timer and Pomodoro

Choose a category and 25 or 50 minutes. After 3-2-1, focus with the hourglass. Elapsed time stays correct when the screen is locked or the app is closed.

Take your own break after a single Pomodoro. Session-end notifications depend on your permissions and preference.

  • 25 minutes earns 5 base points; 50 minutes earns 12; each rewarded session earns 20 grains of sand
  • One pause is allowed; using it reduces base session points by 20%
  • Study days and daily streaks change at 04:00 in your selected timezone

Marathon

Bring today’s focus into one plan

Choose 2, 3 or 4 Pomodoros of 25 or 50 minutes. Progress through completed sessions and take a five-minute break between them.

When a break ends, confirm “I’m here” within one minute. Starting and confirming after a break require internet. If you cannot continue, completed sessions keep their regular points.

  • A completed plan of 2/3/4 × 25-minute sessions earns +2/+3/+5 bonus points
  • A completed plan of 2/3/4 × 50-minute sessions earns +4/+6/+10 bonus points

Mock exams

Keep your exam rhythm

Choose TYT, AYT, YDT, LGS Verbal, LGS Quantitative, TUS Basic, TUS Clinical or DUS. Question count and duration are provided. The two LGS sessions are separate mock exams.

After the 3-2-1 countdown, solve without pauses or breaks. Internet is required to start; elapsed time remains correct when the screen is locked or the app is closed.

When you have finished AYT, choose “I’ve finished the exam” before time runs out. Your actual study time is recorded; this is separate from abandoning an attempt.

Full-duration rewards are fixed in multiples of 5 as listed; question count and the net scores you enter do not change the reward. Finishing AYT early earns sand and points in proportion to completed time. For example, 90 minutes of AYT earns 72 sand and 18 points.

  • Completed exams earn separate mock exam points and sand
  • An abandoned attempt remains in history and earns no points, sand or study time
  • A running mock exam prevents starting a normal Pomodoro or Marathon
My exams

Record your result and keep improving

Find your completed attempts, dates and status in My exams. Enter correct and wrong answers to calculate unanswered questions automatically, or edit unanswered counts yourself.

Add a name and note to your attempt. For AYT, first choose the tests you completed: Turkish Language and Literature–Social Sciences-1, Social Sciences-2, Mathematics and Science. Each test has 40 questions; enter correct and wrong counts for the subjects within it.

Save only the subjects you have entered and finish the others later. Negative values and totals above the question count are rejected. Offline entries are kept on your device with a clear sending status.

  • YKS, TUS and DUS: correct − wrong/4; LGS: correct − wrong/3
  • Decimal net scores use commas in Turkish and dots in English
  • Entering or editing net scores never changes points, sand or rankings
Time and net scores

See study time alongside changes in net scores

When there are enough comparable attempts in the last three weeks, compare a subject’s net score changes with time spent in related study categories.

Your scores and insights are personal. Missing data is not invented, and correlation is not proof of cause. Mock exam time is never divided among subjects.

Daily study

See today’s effort in one total

Pomodoro, Marathon and completed mock exams all contribute to study time. Track your daily goal, session-type counts, category minutes and percentages together.

Mock exam time has its own row. Abandoned attempts do not count toward study time or completed exam totals.

A wider view

Follow your week and month

See study time by day in the weekly chart and your routine in the monthly calendar. Review totals across Pomodoro, Marathon and completed mock exams.

Mock exam time stays separate in category distribution, so time is never counted twice. Report study days change at 04:00; monthly league periods change at 00:00 Istanbul time.

Monthly leagues

Compete within your goal, find your global place

LGS, YKS, TUS, DUS and other goals compete in their own categories. Your category room holds up to 25 people; the global ranking brings all goals together.

Monthly leagues reset at 00:00 on the first day of each month, Istanbul time. A mid-month goal change keeps your points and applies to your new group next month.

  • The normal league uses Pomodoro and Marathon points only
  • A preparation state appears until there are enough active participants
  • Current activity requirements for promotion and awards are explained in the app
  1. Bronze League
  2. Silver League
  3. Gold League
  4. Sapphire League
  5. Diamond League
Detailed league rules

A room stays in preparation until enough active people participate. Promotion and league awards require the period’s activity conditions; see the app’s information button for current rules. Bronze League has no relegation.

A separate competition

A league for your mock exam effort

Completed mock exams verified by the server earn mock exam league points and separate exam sand. They do not affect normal league points or normal sand.

The mock exam league also has study-goal and global views, with a new period at 00:00 on the first of each month, Istanbul time. Entered net scores never affect rankings.
